I've spent all the time I normally would have spent blogging this weekend, relearning basic math instead. It needs to be done. Kathleen handed me down a great math book that was previously passed on to her by our friend Frannie. I'm actually enjoying learning this stuff again. Weird. I am determined to get a righteous score on this test though so it feels good to be slowly progressing towards a higher level of confidence about the ultimate outcome. I am sure as I get closer and closer to my test date I will become increasingly nervous that I'm going to bomb, but right now I just feel preoccupied by the need to devote a lot of time to preparation, so bear with me, my blog may continue to be updated infrequently over the next week or so, barring a sudden burst of energy directed at the "internets."

I almost bought a car, used, but at the last minute paid a mechanic 80 dollars to do a pre-purchase vehicle inspection and I couldn't be happier to tell you I am not buying the car. The mechanic told me he strongly advised against it.
Isn't that great!

You paid 80 to save yourself a lot of headaches and a buttwad of moula in the future :o) Yay! Only problem is, are you going to have to spend 80 each time you are seriously considering buying a car? I shoveled every morning this weekend..it's snowing like a bitch right now..Ailey's school even called out...their first snow day of the season..Oh..I got a zit right in the middle of my eyebrows so Jason has been calling me Cyclops..ya know the 3rd eye and all..man this sucker is big too...fuckin' 35 yrs old and I'm still getting zits...Oh and I rented that movie.."Motorcycle Diaries"...very good. Oh and I drank some yummy wine Saturday night...and that's about it. Hope your studying continues to go well...Kick some ass and take some names baby..You'll go GREAT.
