Two things I'm really excited about:
(1) My chiropractor gave me a "Chiroflow" Waterbase pillow as a gift today. It is a pillow that has a large pocket in the back that you fill with water and it is the most comfortable thing I have ever laid my head on. I am so looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow.

(2) I wrote an email to the managing shareholder of our NY offices and told him that I think it would be a really great way to encourage every employee to go out and vote, if the firm let everyone out early on election day, so that people wouldn't be forced to choose between getting home to their families after a long day and commute or going to the polls to cast their vote. It worked. About ten minutes later, he sent out an email saying employees will be permitted to leave early on Nov. 2nd and stressed the importance of voting.
I was really happy about that. I felt like I did a good deed. Even if only a couple of people out of at least 500 in the NY office know that I am the one who is responsible for the early release on election day. But it gave me a sense of accomplishment and my friend (and coincidentally, our receptionist), Jen, wrote a nice testimonial in my Friendster profile about it that made me feel so good. She wrote:
THIS GIRL IS AMAZING.
She got us out of work early on election
day by writing an email to the head of
the company.
Too bad she doesn't know her place...

Maria, just YESTERDAY a girl at work told me about a chiropractor pillow she uses. Says it cost her major bucks and it took a while to get used to, but she loves it and can't even sleep without it now. I have a bad back..could you tell me how like yours?
Re; the early dismissal. Great idea; I've always believed election day should be a national holiday anyway. If there should be a day that people are dismissed from their workday schedules it should be that very day!

The Chiroflow pillow is AMAZING. They are only about $35-$40 and totally worth it. It provides head and neck support like I have never experienced in a pillow. FYI: My doctor strongly advises against any "Temperpedic" pillows or mattresses. She says they feel good at first but they're terrible for you in the long run. Because this pillow has a layer of water beneath a thick layer of polyester filling, it is soft like a cloud, but REALLY cradles your head and neck and adjusts to your sleeping positions with ease. I would highly recommend getting one. I noticed you can order them online.

I think it matters to all discussions anyone has with them because as I have been saying for the past 2 years, these are not trustworthy or honest people. To them, this whole thing is a joke.
