I had no idea that it was even possible for a fifty-two year old woman to give birth to children, let alone twins! And being the surrogate mother to her daughter in law, this woman has literally just given birth to her own grandchildren. That seems a little confusing. I think I would just adopt and avoid the whole weird incest connotation. Maybe that's just me.

I would adopt before I would ask my mother or mother in law to put her health at risk..and I wouldn't want to see them pregnant in the first place..just not a good visual.
